Sellers choose their own fees and available Shippers apply to work with Sellers. Each Seller & Shipper relationship is unique. We are not a “one size fits all” company. We know the uniqueness of brands and the challenges of shipping. We connect shippers and sellers and guide them to win-win arrangements. We know that Sellers need healthy profit and shippers need fantastic earnings. For example, Uber rides vary depending on trip, size of vehicle, and costs. Airbnb varies depending on the unique properties of each rental, and door-dash drivers get paid more when the workload increases. 

 

As a Shipper how much can I make? 

 

Shippers have unlimited earning potential. Shippers will see exactly what earning potential exists in each project a seller posts. If you like what a seller is willing to pay and a seller likes the space you have to ship from and the compatibility is good then you will have a Win-Win!  The earnings depend on how fast and efficiently you can fulfill orders for sellers. The amount of extra space you have to warehouse products will determine your scale. How much a seller has in order volume and how many sellers you service.

 

How is quality retained when Sellers and Shippers work together? 

 

Each Shipper rates seller quality and sellers rate shipper quality. We know that reviews count and believe in honest feedback. Open lines of communication are established from the start to ensure quality and questions get answered fast. Sellers and shippers have direct access to each other to build a lasting relationship.

 

As a seller how do I get my products to my Shipper?

 

Sellers will instruct their vendors and manufacturers to ship directly to the shipper. Each Shipper is vetted and HeroShippers.com has your Inventory in our best interest.

 

How can I keep track of inventory as a Seller?

 

Sellers and Shippers are aligned in the desire to keep products in stock and ready to ship. Sellers don’t need to change their current inventory checks and balances. Sellers simply train their shippers on Standard Operating procedures to keep track of inventory. This synergy can result in improvement in inefficiencies as a result the business continues to grow!

 

As a Shipper how can I be sure I get paid for my work on time every time? 

 

Heroshippers.com pays shippers directly to ensure each member of the team is taken care of. We hold Sellers funds at the ready to disperse as orders are shipped out on a regular basis. 

 

What happens if my products get damaged?

 

Returns are unavoidable and damage in shipping does happen no matter what professional courier is used. We understand that damage to goods can and will happen so we agree as Sellers and Shippers before launching. HeroShippers.com will be happy to assist in a typical arrangement to ensure avoidable damage practices are in place. Again, this is a relationship built from the start with Sellers and Shippers working on the same team for the same goals. We know that when hourly employees are tasked with production and quality attention to delta and efficiency are not rewarded. 

 

How are my packages tracked?

 

Packages are tracked as the shipper fulfills each order, tracking information is attached with each order and easily accessed through the HeroShippers App

 

How much does it cost to get started?

 

Once a seller and Shipper have approved each other and agree on a Win-Win relationship Goods are shipped to the Shipper and business begins. Sellers hold 30 days worth of the agreed shipping and handling fees in Heroshippers.com app and shippers get paid as they fulfill orders. Shippers need a temperature controlled environment and the ability to pack and ship to Sellers specs. There will be some investment of materials to suffice this need which will be considered when agreeing to pricing.

Shippers will learn from sellers the best practices. Sellers will mentor shippers to do things the way they prefer. Shippers are best suited for this community when they learn fast, implement best practices and take direction and coaching from the Seller.  The best relationships will be a flow of good ideas that are course corrected as a collaboration between seller and shipper. All challenges approached in this manner can relieve most concerns. 

 

What happens when a seller or shipper no longer wants to work together? 

 

Sellers and shippers agree to a minimum commitment (Usually 30 days of projected inventory) As a relationship builds and trust grows larger amounts of inventory may be agreed upon. A seller always has the right to withdraw their products for any reason on their own expense.  An Ideal separation would be to ship the remainder of the product before parting ways professionally.
